Terms of Service

1.Using ScrollPlate

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScrollPlate. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Apple or Google sign-in secure.

2.Your content

You own the recipes, edits, photos and notes you add, and let us store and process them to run the service for you.

3.Imported recipes and creators

ScrollPlate saves recipes for your own use, with credit and a link to the creator. Don't republish other people’s content without their permission.

4.AI features

AI changes can be wrong. Check ingredients, amounts and steps before cooking, especially for allergies and food safety.

5.Nutrition information

Calories and macros are estimates from matching ingredients to nutrition data. They are not medical or dietary advice.

6.Retailers

Prices, availability and product matches come from retailers and can change before checkout. Purchases are between you and the retailer.

7.Subscriptions and free trials

ScrollPlate Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple or Google account. A free trial becomes paid, and each period renews, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Manage or cancel it in your device’s subscription settings. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. Apple or Google handles refunds.

8.Acceptable use

Don't break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape ScrollPlate, or use it for anything unlawful.

9.Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10.Disclaimers and liability

ScrollPlate is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11.Changes

We'll tell you in the app before significant changes take effect.
